What you need

brown egg

cup milk
cup sour cream

cup cake flour

cup all purpose flour

tsp vanilla bean
tsp baking powder

tsp salt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 1-pound baking pan with parchment paper, letting it fold over the sides for easier removal. To make the batter: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add the butter and cane sugar and mix on low until combined. Add the eggs, sour cream, and milk and mix on low until combined. Add the cake flour, all purpose flour, vanilla bean, baking powder, and sea salt in that order and mix on low until combined. Transfer the batter into the prepare baking pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in the baking pan. To make the glaze: In a medium bowl, add the powdered sugar and milk and whisk until combined into a smooth glaze. Pour the glaze over the top of the loaf cake.
